The FIA World Endurance Championship portion of this weekends “SuperSebring” event at Sebring International Raceway has been canceled, coming on the heels of a travel ban from Europe initiated by President Donald Trump Wednesday night.
The travel ban, which prohibits residents of 20 plus European countries to travel to the United States, is due to last for the next 30 days. At this time, it is unclear as to what impact this will have on the 68th running of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours Sebring, which is being contested this weekend. The WEC portion race was scheduled for March 20th.
This story will be updated when more information is available.
