The Vegas Golden Knights are now three wins away from a Stanley Cup.
Even with Washington being able score 4 goals on Fleury, Vegas’ fourth line stepped up big time helping the Golden Knights to a 6-4 win in Game 1.
This was one of the most exciting Stanley Cup Finals game I’ve seen in a while, both teams getting their fair share of scoring in, however in the third Vegas was able to score three times to push past the Capitals.
Although this game was a fairly evenly matched game, Washington can not afford to go down to Vegas 2-0 in the series if Ovechkin wants to add a Stanley Cup to his resume.
