This is my theory, no matter what, the rookies will no matter what be at the bottom of this list if I project them to start for their team. This is due to the fact that we don’t actually know how well they will play on an NFL level yet. Everyone here is who I project to start for a majority of the season. This is not just week one starters.
That means Jameis Winston and Carson Wentz are both present here. Winston is starving the suspension and Wentz is not fully healed from his injury last season yet.
