In this ongoing series we take a look at each team and the most likely player to have a breakout season. So far we have looked at Arizona, Atlanta, and Buffalo.
The Baltimore Ravens Wide Receiver core is nothing to brag about. Look for WR Chris Moore to step into a solid number two role this season.
Breshad Perriman can’t seem to stay healthy. Baltimore’s addition of WR Micheal Crabtree out of Oakland and WR Willie Snead out of New Orleans will give Joe Flacco some much needed relief.
Moore started coming on strong towards the end of last season in the wake of Perrimans injury problems. He finished the year with 18 receptions for 248 yards and 3 touchdowns.
He played on 34.65 percent of snaps. On the first half of the season he ran a much lower snap count rate. The entire second half of the season he averaged over 50 percent of the snaps.
This did lead to an increase in touches as well. His skill set also looked to be improving as the season went on. Look for him to continue this trend going into the season.
