As we ascend into the second day of the season, the number of games is down. There is only 8 here. Knowing that, there not as many dingers hit today.

New Cardinal Paul Goldschmidt whacked three over the fence for the hat trick! The Dodgers followed up their 8 home run day with a single shot. Boston’s 4 home runs led the day and the team to a 7-6 win.

One pinch hitter went yard. Zero pitchers today. A total of 18 home runs were hit today making the season total 66. The average per day stands at 33.

Detroit @ Toronto did not have a home run today.
