The Arizona Cardinals have further bolstered their receiving core per Ian Rapoport. On Wednesday night it was reported that Michael Crabtree does intend to sign with the Cardinals after working out with them a few weeks ago. The first meeting did not lead to the two parties coming to terms but this time around it does seem that the veteran will indeed sign a contract with the team.
After a devastating injury to rookie WR Hakeem Butler this week and the release of Kevin White, the Cardinals found themselves in need of another receiver to fill out the depth chart next to Larry Fitzgerald, Christian Kirk and rookie Andy Isabella. Another veteran prescense for number one overall pick QB Kyler Murray will for sure help his growth.
