After getting cut by the New York Jets on Tuesday, RB Le’Veon Bell was looking for a new team, and it did not take him long to find one.
On Thursday, it was announced that Le’Veon Bell will be signing with the Kansas City Chiefs. Before signing with Kansas City, the Miami Dolphins and the Buffalo Bills were the strong favorites alongside Kansas City to sign Bell, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.
In 79 games in the NFL, the 28-year-old Bell has rushed for 6,199 yards, 38 touchdowns and 9 fumbles. Bell also had 381 receptions for 3,160 yards and 8 touchdowns. Bell helped Pittsburgh reach the playoffs in 2016 and 2017.
