Edmonton Oilers’ Forward Zack Kassian has been suspended two games by the NHL’s Player Safety Association as a result of his incident with Calgary’s Matthew Tkachuk late in the second period of the Oilers-Flames game Saturday night.
Kassian was assessed a misconduct, along with a roughing penalty which was served by Joakim Nygard; the Flames would score on that power play with that goal being the game winning goal.
Edmonton hosts the Nashville Predators tomorrow night at 9:00 PM ET.
