Kevin Durant went to the Brooklyn Nets on a four year, $164 million contract. This left a hole in the Golden State Warriors offense. With the Nets also signing Kyrie Irving, this meant that D’Angelo Russell would be on the move.
Most people saw him going to Los Angeles to play with LeBron James and company. He will not head to the bright lights though. Russell has signed a four year, $117 million max contract after being traded by the Nets.
