Bray Wyatt Released By WWE

Since losing to Randy Orton at WrestleMania, Bray Wyatt has not been seen on WWE Programing. With Wyatt off-screen, people speculated when he would be back on programing, unfortunately for Wyatt the next time he gets in the ring it won’t be for WWE. On Saturday, WWE announced they have released Bray Wyatt. Wyatt has been with the company since 2009.

It has not been stated if Wyatt asked for his release from the company or if the company just released him on its own.

At the start of his time in WWE, Wyatt came in as Husky Harris and a member of the Nexus. Wyatt did not gain popularity until he started The Wyatt Family in 2012 and since then Wyatt has become one of the most charismatic wrestlers the company has.

During his time in WWE, Wyatt is a 1 time WWE Champion, 2 time WWE Universal Champion, 1 time WWE RAW Tag Team Champion, and 1 time WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champion.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Bray Wyatt was cut from WWE due to budget cuts and Wyatt was preparing to return to the ring next month.
