Battle for LA Hits Orlando

The main event of the NBA season restart did not disappoint. The Western juggernauts from LA went at it in a tight contest that ended with the Lakers coming out on top 103-101 . The close score should worry Lakers fans, as the Clippers were without key bench contributors Montrezl Harrell and Lou Williams.

LeBron James had a slow offensive night but turned it on when it counted. He ended with 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 7 assists. Anthony Davis did most of the scoring, dropping in a game high 34 points.

The Clippers’ star duo did everything they could to win this game, combining for 58 points. Paul George played especially well, shooting 6 of 11 from deep.

Both LA teams have seven remaining regular season games to finalize playoff positions, which they have already clinched.
