WWE’s former “Mexican Aristocrat” has found himself in hot water with the law, with some pretty intense charges.
According to local reports, Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan aka Alberto Del Rio, was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault in San Antonio, Texas. The victim claims that on the evening of May 3rd, Del Rio became enraged and attacked her, causing multiple injures.
The victim would go on to describe, in disturbing detail, how Del Rio not only physically assaulted her, but forced her to “put on a dress and dance with him”, threatening the terrified victim to “not cry” or else he’d “drop [her son] in the middle of the road somewhere”. According to an arrest affidavit, the woman reported her assault to the police and had her injuries photographed.
According to local news outlet: My News 4 San Antonio, Del Rio has been officially charged with 2nd Degree sexual assault, a felony charge. The former WWE Superstar was arrested by police, but was released on his own recognizance last evening.
If convicted, he could face between 2-20 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000.
