After getting eliminated by the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Semi Finals, the Milwaukee Bucks were focused on signing superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo to a long term deal. The team acquired Jrue Holiday from the New Orleans Pelicans in an attempt to convince Antetokounmpo to stay in Milwaukee. With the NBA Season starting up soon, the Milwaukee Bucks will have their superstar for the long run. On Tuesday, Giannis signed a 5-year deal with the Milwaukee Bucks worth $228.8 million. This deal is the largest in NBA history.
In 63 Games played last season, Antetokounmpo averaged 29.5 points 13.6 rebounds, 5.8 assist, 1.0 blocks and 1.0 steals. In the playoffs, Antetokounmpo averaged 26.7 points, 13.8 rebounds, and 5.7 assist.
