Mike Williams: Mike Williams is poised for a big day against the Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday. The Jaguars have given over 1000 yards to opposing wide receivers (Yahoo Fantasy). With Keenan Allen possibly not playing, or not being 100%, this will also give Williams a big boost. Be on the lookout for Williams to be one of Justin Herbert’s favorite targets Sunday, and expect 8 receptions for 90-100 yards, and a touchdown.
Todd Gurley: Todd Gurley got off to a slow start last week showing why the Rams were willing to move on from their lead back. It has been a pretty productive season for the Falcons rusher even though they just got their first win last week. Going up against the Detroit Lions vile run defense, we might see some flashes of Todd Gurley that has won fantasy championships in the past. I am looking for his second game over 100 yards and a touchdown.
Teddy Bridgewater: Teddy Bridgewater went up against the stout defense of the Chicago Bears which led to a poor fantasy week. This week’s matchup against the Saints means two things. One, the Saints have struggled against the pass all year which bodes well for Bridgewater. Two, it will more than likely be a high scoring game. With two pretty bad defenses and Michael Thomas coming back this week, the Saints are going to score. I am looking for 275-300 yards, 2 touchdowns, an interception and maybe a rushing touchdown.
Derek Carr: Derek Carr showed out last week against the Kansas City Chiefs giving them their first loss. Carr balled out, throwing for 347 yards and 3 touchdowns, but he now has to turn his attention towards the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs took on Aaron Rodgers last week and forced his two first interceptions of the season. Carr has the goods to get the job done and will throw a touchdown or two, but it will be a battle and there are better options at the quarterback position this week.
DK Metcalf: DK Metcalf has been a man on fire the last few weeks, looking like he might become one of the NFL greats. He is one of Russell Wilson’s favorite pass catchers and it shows when games get down to crunch time, last week scoring the go ahead touchdown on Seattle’s game winning drive. This week Metcalf takes on the Arizona Cardinals, who have been burned by wide receivers this season but I think they can get the job done. I am only expecting 5 receptions for 75-80 yards and no touchdowns.
Derrick Henry: This one is going to shock some people. Derrick Henry is coming off an over 200 yard game last week and has been one of, if not the best running back in the league. This Sunday, it is a battle of the undefeated with the Titans taking on the Steelers. Henry being the beast that he is will have production, just not 200 yards and two touchdowns. The intense run defense of the Steelers should slow him down and keep him somewhat in check. I am expecting around 90-100 all purpose yards and maybe a touchdown.
