Tampa Bay Lightning Forward Alex Killorn has been suspended one game by the NHL’s Player Safety Association for his hit from behind on New York’s Brock Nelson which sent Nelson head first into the boards, and slow to get up.

Killorn was assessed a five minute major penalty, along with a game misconduct for the bit that occurred in the first period of the Tampa Bay’s 2-1 Game Two won in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Game Three is set to take place tomorrow night at 8:00 ET as the Lightning now have a 2-0 series lead.
