After losing to The Miami Heat in Round 1, The Indiana Pacers are heading into an off-season with questions about changes being made to the team, and Head Coach Nate McMillian was the first domino to fall. On Wednesday, Indiana fired Nate McMillian just days after getting swept by Miami. McMillian has been the Pacers Head Coach since the 2016-17 season.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, Indiana will be targeting Houston Rockets Head Coach Mike D’Antoni as a candidate to become Head Coach if he becomes available. D’Antoni is on the last year of his contract with Houston. Houston is currently in a playoff series with Oklahoma City where it’s tied 2-2 going into Game 5.
