Within the last hour, New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced that it will be returning to live events on June 15th with their “Together Project Special”; this during an online press conference. This will be the first NJPW show to take place since February 25th, over 110 days ago.

The matches for the June 15th special will NOT be announced in advanced, and will only be revieled moments before each match by the ring announcer.
In addition, the New Japan Cup, which would normally be held in April, will take place starting June 16th and run through July. The winner of the Cup will face IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental champion Tetsuya Naito for both Championships on July 12 at NJPW Dominion.
With the announcement of the New Japan Cup, NJPW Chairman Sugabayashi also revealed the matches for the first round of the tournament. They are as follows:

Furthermore, the second round of the New Japan Cup will take place June 24th – July 1st, the quarter-finals on July 2nd, and the semi-finals on July 3rd, with the finals taking place on July 11th at the Osaka-Jo Hall. The winner of that which will go to NJPW Dominion to face Tetsuya Naito in the main event.
In accordance to guidelines set by the Japanese Sports Authority, all matches that take place in the Osaka-jo will feature a live crowd, but only at 33% capacity.
