Eric Gordon Set To Return For The Houston Rockets

Houston Rockets’ guard Eric Gordon, had a knee surgery on November 13th and has been recovering since. Gordon is set to return Saturday against the Brooklyn Nets.

The Rockets have been using newcomers Ben McLemore and Danuel House in Gordon’s starting position in his absence. Upon his return, Gordon will be coming off the bench in his former sixth man position.

This return is huge for the Rockets, who lost their Christmas Day game against the mostly rookie team, Golden State Warriors. In this game, Russell Westbrook went 0-8 from behind the arc. James Harden scored only 24 points which was one of his lowest box scores of the season. Gordon is one of the team’s most consistent 3-point shooters and will be able to take this team to the next level.
