LeBron James Absence Will Extend One More Week With Injury

The Los Angeles Lakers will be without their star player for at-least another week with a groin injury. The Lakers have struggled without James on the court, only winning one out of the last three games.

The 34 year-old has proven himself on several occasions. Over 16 years, the “King” of basketball has played at an extremely high level. With age, LeBron is showing some signs of slowing down. Coach Luke Walton has high hopes for his team. Walton stated, “It’s gonna be a challenge, but our guys should be excited for that.” James, who plans to play at least four more years, will continue to be mindful of his health to prolong his accomplished career.

The Lakers face the Trail Blazers and Warriors the next two games. Being an above average team, the Lakers have set their eyes on a possible playoff run.
