College Football’s Cinderella story continues as UCF beat Memphis 56-41 to win the American Athletic Conference Championship.

The Knights were down 38-21 at halftime and it seemed like this was the day the streak would end. The one obstacle that the Knights faced was having a backup QB (Darriel Mack Jr) after their starter McKenzie Milton suffered a gruesome knee injury.

Mack Jr. would throw for 348 yards, while adding four scores on the ground. The play that really sealed the deal was a missed FG from Memphis. UCF would drive down the field and Mack got his 3rd rushing TD of the game. What Bowl do you think UCF will get?
