The Philadelphia Eagles will be without Nigel Bradham for the first week of the NFL season. The star linebacker was suspended by the NFL for an indicent that occured in July 2016, per NFL.com.
Bradham was allegedly arrested in Miami beach, according to the NFL network’s Tom Pelissero.
This follows hot on the heels of a five-year, $40m extension, signed just 3 months ago. The Eagles remain short on depth in the second level of the defense, having lost Paul Worillow to an ACL injury in training camp.
One thing is for sure, the Eagles will need Bradham firing on all cylinders if they hope to repeat last year’s heroics.
