According to multiple reports, Kawhi Leonard has officially voiced that he does not want to wear a San Antonio Jersey for the start of the 2018-2019 season and has requested to be traded before then.

Leonard has played over 400 games for the Spurs and has averaged 16.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game in his tenure.

His most memorable moment was when he led San Antonio to a championship over LeBron James and the Miami Heat, winning finals MVP for his outstanding play.

His best season was recorded in the 2016-2017 season when he averaged over 25 points per game and almost 6 rebounds.

It has also been reported that he’s mentioned that Los Angeles is the destination he desires.

The Lakers have a plethora of talent to exchange for the former finals MVP and may be the best option for the spurs to get even value in return.

The three teams most likely to acquire Leonard in order are the Los Angeles Lakers, Philadelphia 76ers, and the Los Angeles Clippers.
