The Seattle Seahawks seem to be in the middle of dismantling their super bowl winning defense. Michael Bennett is the latest name to come out of their camp.
The Atlanta Falcons have emerged as a front runner to land the elite pass rusher. Bennett finished last season with 8.5 sacks.
The Falcons need the up front presence after they are likely to lose Adrian Clayborn and Dontari Poe. Bennett would work for their defense alongside Vic Beasley Jr. perfectly.
It’s clear that Richard Sherman will not be back next season. Safety Earl Thomas is the most likely of these three names to stay put but his name has seen some talks this offseason as well.
